No. CoreSweep makes no network requests except a user-initiated check for updates. Every scan, hash, and analysis runs entirely on-device. A user running Little Snitch sees zero unexpected traffic.
Can CoreSweep delete files I needed?
Every scan produces a non-destructive preview. Nothing is removed until you act. When you do clean, files go to the Trash so the action is reversible — CoreSweep never hard-deletes.
