14-day money-back guarantee
Every CoreSweep Pro purchase is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of buying, contact us and we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method — no hoops, no questionnaire, no “are you sure?” gauntlet.
Try before you buy
You don’t have to take a chance on Pro. CoreSweep has a permanent Free tier you can use for as long as you like, plus a Pro trial that unlocks every Pro tool so you can put the full feature set through its paces before deciding. We’d genuinely rather you try it first and buy because it fits your workflow.
How to request a refund
- Request via the support page, or simply reply to your purchase receipt.
- Include the email address used at checkout and your order or licence reference.
- We’ll confirm and process the refund — typically within about 2 business days.
Refunds are returned through PayPal to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, your Pro licence is deactivated and CoreSweep reverts to the permanent Free tier, which you may continue to use indefinitely at no cost.
Business orders
Volume and Business purchases are handled case-by-case under the terms of your order. Contact us and we’ll work it out with you directly.
EU / UK right of withdrawal
If you’re a consumer in the EU or UK, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. However, by downloading or activating CoreSweep Pro before that period ends, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law. Any non-waivable statutory rights you have are unaffected and fully preserved — and in practice our 14-day money-back guarantee above is at least as generous.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of evident abuse — for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles or fraudulent chargebacks. This does not limit any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your jurisdiction.
