Explorer
Plain-English, on-device search. Ask for “PDFs over 20 MB I haven’t opened since 2023” and CoreSweep resolves it locally — no query leaves your Mac, no index in the cloud.
Duplicates
SHA-256, byte-verified. CoreSweep hashes file contents and flags a duplicate only when two files are provably identical — never by filename or size. Keep one, trash the rest.
Compress
Re-encode photos and video to HEIC / HEVC at the same visual quality for a fraction of the size. CoreSweep compares before/after, and the originals go to the Trash so you can verify first.
Deep Uninstall
Drag in an app and CoreSweep finds every cache, preference, login item, and support file it scattered across your Library — then removes them together. Surgical Reset wipes a single app’s state without deleting the app itself.
